Locate the apostille service you require on our website, ask us if you are not sure. Add the service to the basket and checkout. Provide your contact details and document information, and pay securely on our website.

Email your document

Email your document to us with the order number we have provided. We can then check the document and verify the documents with the issuing organisation (verification fees may apply).

STEP 3 – Solicitor Certification

Digital Solicitor Certification

Our solicitor will add the enhanced digital solicitor certification. When the documents have been checked an electronic certification, signature and date is added to the document.

STEP 4 – e-Apostille Issued

Electronic Apostille Added

Your certified document is submitted to the FCDO for the e-Apostille. The document and the e-Apostille are then emailed to you as a secure PDF which anyone can view using free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The e-file includes the digital apostille and certifications.

PDF is preferred for documents which we can accept digitally. Scans, photos or screenshots may be accepted if the quality is good and if we can convert to a PDF file ourselves.

No. If your document needs solicitor certification, we handle this as part of the service. We can only certify documents which we can reliably verify the contents of.
