The delivery of your document, legalised with the apostille, will depend on the service you have ordered.

e-Apostille

Your e-apostille will be emailed to you as a PDF. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the PDF. Other PDF solutions cannot view all elements of the file.

  • Your document
  • The e-Apostille
  • FCDO letter
  • Secure signatures from our solicitor and the FCDO

Please note – e-Apostilles cannot be printed! They are a secure PDF file that can only be viewed, with all the security features, using Adobe.

Paper Apostille

Your document will have a paper apostille attached to it. We will send this to you by post or courier. You can select from several different delivery methods.

  • UK Post with Royal Mail
  • UK Secure Courier
  • International Airmail – no tracking
  • International Secure Courier
