More and more organisations are now accepting e-Apostilles on UK documents. However, there are some points to consider. –
- The e-apostille can only be added to documents that have a secure digital solicitor signature. This rules out a wide range of public documents,
- Less than 1% of documents we process are issued with e-apostilles
- You cannot print an e-apostille! This is very important to understand. You can only view these as a PDF.
- You may need the apostille on the original document, not a scan.
