Government documents can only be processed with a physical apsotille on the original document. Central and local government offices, issue a range of public documents. These government documents are normally legalised on the original document with an apostille certificate. They do not need additional solicitor certification. They are already stamped, sealed or signed by a recognised official. Examples include birth, marriage and death certificates, Certificates of No Impediments, ACRO or NPCC criminal record checks, and ink stamped court documents.

We can provide either the electronic apostille or the physical apostille for most UK company documents. We verify these with Companies House, add solicitor certification and then issue the apostille. A complete apostille service for company documents.

We can add the e-apostille or the paper apostille to most academic documents. This includes degrees, masters, PhDs, A Levels, GCSEs, school reports and many other UK academic awards. If we are presented with these as PDF documents by email, these certificates require further document checks, or verification, and solicitor certification. Any official UK education document can be certified by our solicitor and issued with the apostille in just a few days.

Personal documents, including employment documents, P60s and tax records need can also be legalised with either e-apostille or paper apostille.

In some circumstances, we can prepare a group of documents into one set. We can legalised academic documents or company documents as one ‘set’ under one cover sheet, with one apostille. Our solicitor can bind several documents into one set under one certification. They will add a cover sheet, permanently fasten them together, and certify the set before one apostille is added to the bound set.
