Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery of Documents

Yes. When you order online you can select secure, tracked and signed delivery for UK and international deliveries. You select the delivery service as you complete the checkout process.

You can choose to have UK first class post at no additional cost. You can choose from the following options while completing the online order process.

  • UK First Class Post – Royal Mail should deliver your documents within 2-3 working days. This may not be suitable for urgent orders and there is no tracking available with this option.  Included in our fees.
  • UK Courier – Items sent via our UK courier service will be delivered the next working day after dispatch. Additional fee applies.
  • Airmail – International airmail typically takes 5-10 working days within Europe and approximately 2-4 weeks outside of Europe. This is not recommended for urgent documents. Additional fee applies.
  • DHL – DHL is the fastest and most secure delivery option available for international shipments. Most deliveries are completed in just 1-2 working days to most locations. Additional fee applies.
